INGREDIENTS
1/2 | 1 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage | |
1 | Green Pepper, chopped fine | |
1 | Onion, chopped fine | |
1 | Pork & Beans – in tomato | |
Sauce | ||
1/2 | c | Chili Sauce or Ketchup |
1/3 | c | Brown Sugar |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | t | Dry Mustard |
1 | t | Worcestershire Sauce |
3 | Bacon – fried crisp |
INSTRUCTIONS
Shape pork into 1 inch balls and brown in skillet. Pour off excess fat, add green pepper and onions, cook. Combine with beans and ketchup, brown sugar, salt, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Crumble bacon strips on top. Bake 10 minutes longer.
