Savory Ham and Apple Dutch Baby

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable cooking spray
2 ts Vegetable oil
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 ts Sugar
2 c Peeled chopped Golden Delicious apple
1 c Diced lower-salt deli ham, (5 ounces)
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Skim milk
3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
3 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Wrap handle of a large nonstick skillet with aluminum foil. Coat skillet
with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium heat until hot. Add
onion and sugar; saute 10 minutes or until browned. Add apple, ham, and
pepper; saute 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Remove from heat.
Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender;
cover and process until smooth. Pour over apple mixture.
Bake at 425 deg for 18 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden. Let
stand 2 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 wedge).

Carbohydrate; 102mg Cholesterol; 472mg Sodium
