Savory Orange Couscous

INGREDIENTS

1 c Orange juice
1/2 c Chicken broth
1/4 c Thinly sliced green onions
2 tb Margarine or butter
1 c Uncooked couscous
1 ts Grated orange peel

INSTRUCTIONS

In medium saucepan, combine orange juice, chicken broth, onions and
margarine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in couscous and orange
peel. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Before serving, fluff with fork.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:  In 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine
orange juice, chicken broth, onions and margarine. Microwave on HIGH for 4
to 4-1/2 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir in couscous and orange peel;
let stand for 5 minutes. Before serving, fluff with a fork.
NOTE: Couscous is a tiny granular pasta with an unbeatable 5-minute cooking
time.
