INGREDIENTS

-GRAMMIE'S KITCHEN
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c Coffee; black
3 lb Brisket
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 c Chili sauce
1/2 c Honey
1/3 c Worchestershire sauce
1 c Garlic; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined
ingredients.  Simmer on stove top until done- 2 1/2 - 3 hours or in a 325
degree oven for the same time. To serve, slice on the diagonal. Recipe from
