Savoy Wedges with Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 Small head savoy cabbage
2 ts Cornstarch
1/4 ts Paprika
1/8 ts Garlic salt
1/8 ts Ground white pepper
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
1 tb Snipped fresh Dillweed

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut cabbage into six wedges.  Place in a microwave safe baking dish. Add 2
tablespoons water and sprinkle lightly with salt. Cover with microwave safe
plastic wrap and microwave on high power (100%) for 9 to 12 minutes, or
until tender turning wedges over and giving the dish a half turn once.
Drain, leave cover on to keep warm. Combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic
salt and white pepper in a 2 cup glass measure. Add milk. cook uncovered on
high 3 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30
seconds.  Stir in cheese until melted. Spoon over cabbage sprinkle with
dillweed.  Each Serving: 70 Calories, 6g protein, 7g Carbohydrate, 2g Fat,
9 mg Cholesterol, 139mg Sodium.
