INGREDIENTS

1 pt Oysters
2 c Cracker crumbs
1/2 c Butter
1/2 pt Whipping cream
1 c Milk
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash oysters & drain. In 2-quart round, buttered casserole, layer cracker
crumbs, oysters & butter pats. Repeat layers, saving a few cracker crumbs
for top. Pepper each layer slightly. Pour cream & milk over this. Bake at
400 for 20 minutes until lightly browned & set.
