Scandinavian Rice Pudding(crockpot Style)

INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs beaten
2 c Milk, scalded
2 c Half& half, light
c Sugar
1 Tesp
Tesp
1/4 Tesp
2/3 c Chopped dates, or raisins
3 To 3/12 c
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Rice

INSTRUCTIONS

In pot, combine all ingred.  Cover and heat. 2. Cook at med heat for 2
hours, stirring every hour.  Reduce to Med - Low heat to keep warm for
serving or chill for serving.  Serve with light cream, if desired.
