We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

God grant me the courage not to give up what I think is right even though I think it is hopeless.

-0500 This is from _Hoppin' John's Lowcountry Cooking_. I haven't
tried it myself ~ but I'd really like to know how it turns out. Since
we've been discussing X-mas gifts, this looks like it might be a good
one! Place all ingredients except the salt in a blender and blend
until evenly ground. Add the salt and blend briefly to incorporate the
salt into the seasonings. Store in well-sealed jars in a cool, dark,
dry place. Allow 1/2 T mix for each quart of water, plus half a
lemon. For shrimp you will need a quart of water per pound of shrimp.
