Seafood Orzo Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 c Orzo; (rice-shaped pasta)
2 tb Olive oil; divided
1/2 lb Medium shrimp; peeled and deveined
1/2 lb Bay scallops
1 Garlic clove; minced
2 Green onions; sliced
2 tb Fresh chopped dill
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Salt
1 ts TABASCO pepper sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare orzo as label directs. Drain.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon olive
oil, cook shrimp, scallops and garlic about 5 minutes or until seafood is
tender, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl, toss seafood mixture, orzo, green onions, dill, lemon juice,
salt, TABASCO sauce and remaining tablespoon oil until well mixed. Serve
immediately or refrigerate to serve cold later.
