INGREDIENTS

10 1/2 oz Low-fat silken tofu
1 c Plain rice dream
1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
2 ts Dried basil
2 Pinches salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place everything in a blender and process until smooth. Can be
refrigerated. Adjust seasonings for other dishes. Makes 2-1/2 cups for
1/2-cup servings.
Tip: Add this "cream" to tomato sauce for a great pink sauce. Note-- Use
this great recipe as a healthy substitute for the cream in most soups and
pasta sauces.JM.
