Seasame Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Spinach; fresh
1 c Mushrooms; sliced
1 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
1 tb Water
1 tb Walnut oil;
1 tb Sesame oil;
1 tb Toasted Sesame seeds;

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems.  Spin or pat dry.
Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch.
