Sesame Green Beans and Peppers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh green beans; size red bell pepper; red or yellow maybe sub; cut in 1/4" strips
2 tb Toasted seasmae seeds;
1 ts Sesame oil;

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes.  Drain
and rinse under cold water.  Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper
and toss with remaining ingredients.
