Sesame Tea Loaf

INGREDIENTS

1 cn Sesame Seeds; 2 1/2 Oz.
2 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. toast sesame seed till lightly golden, about 10 minutes, while
preheating oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tbs. sesame seeds.
3. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until well blended.
4. Stir in flour mixture alternately with milk.
5. Mix until blended.
6. Turn into 2 well-greased 8 x 4 x 2" loaf pans; sprinkle with remaining
sesame seeds.
7. Bake about 45 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
