INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Margarine
2 tb Melted chocolate chips
4 pk (8 oz) of cream cheese
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 pt Sour cream
3/4 c Milk
1 tb Vanilla
4 tb Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

This is my sister's famous cheesecake recipe. its the one that my father,
the all natural, no sugar, health maven cannot resist.
Combine the first three ingredients together. Cut margarine into pieces
until fine particles. stir chocolate into together ingredients. Press into
bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake for l0 minutes at 400 degrees. Cream
sugar and cheese, beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in remaining
ingredients. Pour into the pan. Bake for one hour at 350, shut the oven and
leave the cake inside it to cool for one hour.
