INGREDIENTS

2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Dry sherry
2 tb Corn syrup
2 tb Butter
2 c Walnut halves
2 c Cashew halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 250°F.  Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil. In large
skillet, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, sherry, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in walnuts and
cashews; cook and stir 4 to 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Spread
nuts on foil lined pan.
Bake at 250°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until glazed. Cool completely on
foil.  Store tightly covered. Yield 4 cups Typed in MMFormat by
