Sherry-honey Marinade For Barbecued Pork

Chinese Sauce 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 t Sugar
1 t Salt
2 Cloves garlic
4 T Soy sauce
2 T Sherry
2 T Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub pork strips with sugar and salt; let stand 2 hours. Crush garlic;
then combine with soy sauce, sherry and honey. Add to pork and let
stand 30 minutes more, turning frequently. Then roast.  From <The
