| 1 1/2 | ts | Celery; mince |
| 1 | ts | Ginger; grate |
| 1 | ts | Lemon peel |

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend until smooth; store covered. Drain salad well and toss with dressing immediately before serving, or serve dressing on the table.
