Short Ribs Of Beef

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Beef short ribs
1 Clove garlic
1 Onion soup
Salt
2 c Canned tomatoes
2 T Fat
Flour
Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub ribs with cut end of garlic, coat meat with flour, salt & pepper.
Brown in fat on all sides. Add soup & tomatoes. Cover, cook slowly  for
about 2 hours or until tender. Add water if necessary.  1SG JOHN COSTA
