Canned shrimp, broken or tiny; rinsed and drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In small bowl, beat first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add shrimp and
beat on low just to mix.
2. Spread on 8 muffin halves and broil until lightly browned. Cut each
half into 8 pieces to serve.
Freeze muffin halves whole before broiling. To serve, broil in frozen
state and cut.
