Shrimp Dijonnaise

INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
8 Garlic cloves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and
remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well. Cover
and chill 4 hours. Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5
1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 4 minutes or
until shrimp turn pink.
