Shrimp Stuffed Peppers

INGREDIENTS

6 md Green peppers
2 c Diced cooked cleaned shrimp
2 c Cooked rice
1 c Salad dressing
2 tb Chopped onion
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1 cn (8-oz) seasoned tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut off tops of green pepper; remove seeds and membranes. Precook pepper
cups in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 min; drain. Sprinkle
inside with salt. Combine next 4 ingredients. Add Tabasco, salt and pepper
to taste. Fill peppers. Place upright in 10x6 baking dish. Pour tomato
sauce around peppers. Bake at 350* for 30 min. Spoon the tomato sauce over
filling before serving.
