Let us thank God heartily as often as we pray that we have His Spirit in us to teach us to pray. Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with Him; it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Spirit room in our hearts.

Shrimp with Chili Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 Onion, sliced thinly
3 tb Chili sauce
Salt
3 tb Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare shrimp and onion.
2. Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Stir fry shrimp and onions in it
for about 2 minutes. Add salt and chili sauce. Stir everything
together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.
NOTE: Shrimp do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not
overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture.
