Shrimp With Cilantro Lime Cocktail Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Ketchup
2 T Cilantro, chopped
1 T Lime juice
1 T Horseradish
3 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 lb Cooked shrimp, chilled
Cracked ice
Lime wedges or slices

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the sauce combine the ketchup, cilantro, lime juice,
horseradish and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. 2. Cover and store in the
refrigerator for at least 3 hours. 3. To serve, place shrimp on a bed
of cracked ice, garnish with lime wedges and serve with sauce. Posted
