Simple Beef and Tomato Chili

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
1 Stalk celery; chopped
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Diced tomato
1 c Tomato sauce
2 c Undrained; canned, kidney beans

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and celery; drain
excess fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer covered
for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, and heat through.
