Simple Sausage Supper

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fully Cooked Sausage; 1 1/2" To 2" Chunks
6 sm New Red Potatoes; Unpeeled, Quartered
1 sm Onion; 8 Wedges
1 cn (14 1/2 Oz) Stewed Tomatoes; Undrained
1/2 ts Creole Seasoning
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Minced Garlic
1 pk (16 Oz) Shredded Cabbage (Or Cut Your Own)

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil
over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 15
minutes or until vegetables are tender.
