INGREDIENTS

12 Won-Ton Wrappers
15 oz Chili
3 Radishes
1/4 c Iceberg Lettuce; Finely Chopped
3 tb Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400. Place won ton wrappers in miniature muffin cups and
press the pastry to fit the shape of the cup. Place them in the oven and
bake 6 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Meanwhile, pour chili into
microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring once.
While the chili is heating, rinse the radishes and thinly slice. When
pastry cups are done, remove from the oven and stir in the chili. Garnish
each with about 1 tbsp shredded lettuce and a tiny dollop of sour cream.
Top with a few radish slices. Serve immediately.
