Skillet Cheeseburger Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean or regular ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3/4 c Bisquick original baking mix
1/2 c Milk (up to)
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/8 ts Pepper
5 Eggs
1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese (6-oz)
2 tb Margarine or butter (up to)
2 md Tomatoes; sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

COOK ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until
beef is brown; drain.
MIX baking mix, milk, garlic salt, pepper and eggs in medium bowl with
fork until blended (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in beef mixture and 1/2
cup of the cheese.
HEAT margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted and bubbly. Gradually pour
beef mixture into skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 12 to 17
minutes or until almost set. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with remaining 1
cup cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. 8
servings.
