Skillet Dinner

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Hamburger
1 Onion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 c Celery; sliced
1 c Frozen corn
1 Mushroom (4oz. can) pieces
1 c Frozen peas
1 c Sliced zucchini
1 c Broccoli florets
2 c Rice
3 1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and the onion. Drain off any fat
Add the remaining ingredients, except the water, and mix well. Allow to
cool and place in a freezer container and freeze. To prepare, thaw over
night in the refrigerator. Place in a large skillet over high heat. Bring
to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to
