Sliced Cantaloupe And Blackberries With Almond Cream

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fat-Free Cream Cheese, Tub
Style
2 T Powdered Sugar
1 T 1% Low-Fat Milk
1/4 t Almond Extract
1/2 Cantaloupe, Peeled And
Seeded Cut Lengthwise
1 c Blackberries
4 t Sliced Almonds, Roasted
Mint Sprigs, Optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and beat at high speed  of
a mixer until smooth. Arrange cantaloupe slices, 1/4 cup  blackberries,
and 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each of 4  dessert plates.
Sprinkle each serving with 2 teaspoons toasted  almonds, and garnish
