Sliced Cantaloupe And Blackberries with Almond Cream

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fat-Free Cream Cheese; Tub Style
2 tb Powdered Sugar
1 tb 1% Low-Fat Milk
1/4 ts Almond Extract
1/2 Cantaloupe; Peeled And Seeded, Cut Lengthwise
1 c Blackberries
4 ts Sliced Almonds; Roasted
Mint Sprigs; Optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and beat at high speed of a
mixer until smooth. Arrange cantaloupe slices, 1/4 cup blackberries, and 2
tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each of 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle each
serving with 2 teaspoons toasted almonds, and garnish with mint springs, if
desired.
