INGREDIENTS

6 Tomatoes, peeled & sliced
crosswise
1/2 Spanish onion -=OR=-
1 Red onion, sliced into thin
rings
1/4 c Olive oil
1 T Vinegar
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Salt & pepper
Parsley, chopped
1 pn Sweet paprika
1 pn Cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the tomato & onion slices.  Make a sauce with the remaining
ingredients & pour over the tomatoes & onion.
