If thankfulness does not move us to serve God, then we do not truly understand who our God is and what He has done in our behalf. Without gratitude for Christ’s sacrificial love, our duty will become nothing more than drudgery and our God nothing more than a dissatisfied boss.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c Chopped onion
16 oz Van Camp's Pork and Beans undrained
12 oz Bottled chili sauce
8 Hamburger buns, split toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion; drain.  Add remaining
ingredients except buns; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
For each serving, arrange 2 toasted bun halves on plate; spoon hot beef
mixture over.
