Smoked Oyster Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (3.6oz) smoked oysters
250 g Cream cheese
2 Finely sliced green onions
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
12 sl White bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain can of smoked oysters. Pat dry and finely chop. Stir into cream
cheese along with green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Trim crusts from
bread. Spread about 2T filling over each slice. Roll up tightly. Cover with
plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or over- night. Slice
into rounds. Each roll makes 6 pieces.
