INSTRUCTIONS
Toast nuts under a hot grill for approx 1 min until golden. Allow to cool. 2 Mix together horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3 Arrange salad and trout on 2 plates. 4 Sprinkle nuts over trout with a spoonful of dressing at the side. 5 Season with freshly ground black pepper.
