Smoked Trout With Chopped Nuts

INGREDIENTS

1 Smoked trout, 135g
1 T Heaped, unsalted Mixed
nuts chopped
1 T Horseradish cream
1 T Mayonnaise
1 T Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 Bistro salad, or salad of
your
choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast nuts under a hot grill for approx 1 min until golden. Allow to
cool.  2 Mix together horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt
and  pepper.  3 Arrange salad and trout on 2 plates.  4 Sprinkle nuts
over trout with a spoonful of dressing at the side.  5 Season with
