Snapper With Garlic Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole red snapper, about
2 lbs.
Salt
1 Lemon, cut in wedges
Vegetable oil
2/3 c Mayonnaise
1 t Pepper
1 t Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse fish under cold running water, pat dry.  Place on large greased
piece of foil.  Sprinkle inside cavity with salt; place lemon wedges
inside. Brush outside of fish with oil.  In bowl, combine mayonnaise,
pepper, lemon juice and garlic; spread  over outside of fish.  Place
another large piece of greased foil over  fish and fold edges together
to seal in fish.  Grill fish 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch
of thickness or  until fish flakes easily when knife tip is inserted at
back bone.  Makes about 4 servings.  Typed in MMFormat by
