INGREDIENTS

4 md Eggs
125 g Caster sugar
1 Vanilla pod
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Dark rum
125 g Flour
350 ml Milk
400 g Cherries; stoned or fruit of
; choice
Butter; for greasing
Icing sugar; for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the seeds of the vanilla pod,
salt and the rum. Add the flour and whisk in. Add the milk.
Grease an ovenproof dish and place in the fruit. Pour over the batter and
bake for 40-45 minutes.
Remove and dust with icing sugar and serve immediately with cream.
