INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Make several cuts in the garlic cloves. Rub the cloves over the Italian
bread to allow the garlic juices to seep onto and flavor the crust.
3. Spread the olive oil generously over the bread. Place on a large baking
sheet and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
4. Warm in preheated oven about 10 minutes. Serve directly from the oven.
Note: May serve either at room temperature or oven-warmed. Reccommend
serving with a fish soup or stew.
