Jars (7 oz) or tins jalapeno pepper, slivered |

Grated Cheddar cheese |

Eggs, beaten |

INSTRUCTIONS
Drain and seed peppers. Cut into length slivers. Arrange in bottom of a pie
tin. Press grated cheese over the peppers. Beat eggs and salt and pepper.
Pour over the cheese. Bake in 350 degree over for 25 - 30- minutes. Remove
