Subject: UNUSUAL Waffle Recipes Date: Mon, 5 Jun 1995 06:45:06 GMT
Preheat the waffle iron. Add the sour cream, milk, melted butter and
vanilla to the egg yolks. Mix well. Add the flour, sugar and baking powder.
Mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg whites into
the batter using a spoon. Bake according to waffle iron instructions. Serve
with maple syrup.
