INGREDIENTS

8 Pieces of jarred Gefilte fish; (I ONLY use Meal Mart-no other brands taste good in this recipe IMHO)
1/4 c Fish jelly; (reserved from jar)
1/4 c Matzo Meal or bread crumbs
1/4 c Mayonnaise; (low fat is fine)
1 Egg beaten
1 Grated carrot
1 ts Parsley; (-??)
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

This i not to say that ONLY people in SB use this recipe or that someone
from SB made it up although that may be true-I do not know the history
behind the discovery of this recipes) Source: Janet Hoffman, OB"M Yields:
9x9 square pan
Mash gefilte fish with a fork. Add fish jelly, matzo meal, mayonnaise, egg,
grated carrot and parsley. Pour in greased 9x9 inch square pan. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until done.
