South Carolina Barbeque Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2/3 c Yellow prepared mustard
1/2 c White sugar
1/4 c Light brown sugar
1 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Chili powder
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts White pepper
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
4 dr Tabasco sauce
1/2 ts Soy sauce
2 tb Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in saucepan and simmer
10 minutes.  Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. May be used as
a basting sauce for barbecue meat or as a condiment when served with
grilled pork, beef or chicken.
