INSTRUCTIONS
Combine black-eyed peas and next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Stir in salad
dressing. Cover and chill 1 or 2 days. To serve, garnish with cilantro and
sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 2 quarts.
