INSTRUCTIONS
Hi all, here's a new recipe I made tonight. I got this recipe from Martha
Stewart's "Living Magazine." I hope you enjoy it. I used boneless pork
cubes and served this dish over pasta.
Combine the first three ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate for 30
minutes. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain pork, but
save marinade, place pork in skillet and brown on both sides. Add
remaining marinade. Cover pan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
