INGREDIENTS

1/2 Leek stalk
1 Fresh ginger root
1/2 Clove garlic
3 T Soy sauce
1 1/2 T Vinegar
2 t Sugar
3 Sesame oil, more or less

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince leek, ginger root and garlic. Then combine in a saucepan with
remaining ingredients. Cook 2 minutes over low heat, stirring
constantly. Then pour over chicken and serve.  From <The Thousand
