INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water with a dash of olive
oil.
Heat the olive oil and add the garlic, but don't allow the garlic to brown,
just warm it gently to release its flavour.
When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and transfer to a warm serving bowl.
Pour over the oil and garlic and toss the spaghetti well. Serve
immediately.
