INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté.for 5 min on low. Add
wine and simmer for 5 minutes Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley.
Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and
salad.
