INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 2 tb olive oil with the garlic & half the basil leaves until the
garlic colours. Add tomatoes & salt. Cook over high heat until the sauce
thickens, 15 to 20 minutes.
Add orange juice, season with tabasco & continue to cook over high heat for
about another 5 minutes. Check the seasonings. Toss with cooked spaghetti.
