Spaghetti with Shrimps

INGREDIENTS

200 g Spaghetti
1 tb Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 tb Flour
300 ml Milk (1.5%)
30 g Emmentaler cheese, grated
100 g Shrimps (North Sea)
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Spaghetti. Heat margarine in skillet. Brown onion and garlic. Add
flour and milk. While stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add
cheese and shrimps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange pasta on plates,
top with sauce.
