INGREDIENTS

3 1/3 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Mashed cooked sweet potatoes
or pumpkin1
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 1/2 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1 t Ground cinnamon
1 t Ground nutmeg
1 t Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 c Drained crushed pineapple
3/4 c Chopped nuts
1 c Miniature marshmallows
2 1/2 ches. Mix all ingredients except pineapple, nuts and

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x
marshmallows in large bowl with spoon until blended. Stir in  remaining
ingredients. Spoon into pans; spread evenly. Bake 60 to 65  minutes or
until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and  loaves are
golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire  rack. Cook
completely before slicing. Yield: 2 loaves.  Converted by MC_Buster.
