We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Perhaps it takes a purer faith to praise God for unrealized blessings than for those we once enjoyed or those we enjoy now.

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the meatballs, place all the ingredients, except the flour and
oil, into a bowl and thoroughly mix. Sprinkle a little flour onto the
work surface, make 16 balls with the meat mixture and roll them in
flour. Heat the oil and gently fry the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes
or until brown. Transfer to a warm plate. To make the sauce, place
the olive oil and onion in a pan and cook until the onion is soft. Add
the tomatoes with their juices and the remaining ingredients and
simmer for 3-4 minutes. Place the meatballs in the sauce and continue
simmering for a further 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and
there is no pink meat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
Serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster. NOTES : Meatballs in a
spicy tomato sauce make a delicious family lunch or supper dish - you
can adjust the amount of spice to suit your family's taste. Serve the
meatballs with creamy mashed potato or pasta, and a watercress salad.
